About Me
Hi, I'm Wayne, the proprietor and Director of Sketch Style Render.
My business specialises in architectural concept design, artistic renderings and presentations. I work freelance to support a wide range of clientele in the architectural, development, building and hospitality industry with promotional services.
I have a strong and extensive knowledge of the building industry having previously owned my own building company for most of my early career. Since graduating from Southampton University in 2020, I have focused my energy into my new business, using my vast experience to deliver architectural concepts & designs for my clients.
As an artistic creator I have developed a method of conveying ideas of design through my renderings. Unlike photo realism, my approach offers something different, a visualisation tool that inspires, helping to convey ideas quickly and easily whilst leaving room for the imagination.
I am a keen photographer and enjoy long walks and early morning endeavours to find that perfect shot, mostly interested in landscape and seascape photography but I also love Astro and urban/architectural photography too. I tend to lean more towards a black and white final image.
As a musician, I will often be found playing one of my many guitars, laying down some chords on the piano or creating funky grooves with my three conga drums or any number of other percussion instruments. I also enjoy teaching my skills to others, something which gives me an enormous level of satisfaction.
I live in a small town in the Surrey Hills, England with my fiancé, Vicky whom is a Chartered Surveyor and an artist too.
As a Designer, I relish the opportunity to improve the built environment and the lives of all whom live in it.
As a Writer and Musician I believe design is a form of storytelling and I strive to create designs & spaces around the personalities and lifestyles of my clients.
I feel it is important to step back sometimes and breathe, letting the imagination run wild, to see what you'll discover.
