Victoria Towers
This conceptual project was based on an existing low level model of a shopping centre/mall created by an Architect and good friend of Wayne's from South Africa.
He gave Sketch Style Render the opportunity to try expand the design using our desire to think outside the box and use our particular style to convey the story.
In an effort to protect identities, We have changed the name and location of the project.

Below are examples of single images, rendered in my more "hatchy" line style I personally developed over several months, designed to evoke that more, hand drawn feel. The process is a little more demanding on time but still relatively speedy. but it is worth the extra effort. I also used the addition of colour in the shadows which gives an almost dreamy feel . The results speak for themselves.
The images below are examples of layouts. These are where the story really comes alive. they are a fantastic way to convey all the different aspects of the project; to be able to see in context and with text information too.
We like to think of them a bit like a graphic novel but without the tight fitting costumes!
