Casa Dundas
Casa Dundas is a beautiful hillside villa near Mojacar, Spain owned by Wayne's personal friends Gary & Danielle. Wayne and Vicky were recently invited to stay there for a few weeks.
Having had such an absolutely wonderful time, it honestly being just what they both needed, being such a lovely place with everything one could need.
As a gesture of thanks, when they returned home to not so sunny England, Wayne decided to draw the villa as a model in SketchUp (from memory, no measurements). He then rendered the model to produce a few images and put them into a layout format adding a few words of thanks which resulted in the image you see below.

The layout below, I put together for fun really, to demonstrate the versatility of the Rendering process.
After sending the original layout image to Gary, he told Wayne how pleased he was and that he had been thinking about having some walls and tiers built around the villa.
He asked if Wayne would be able to illustrate his ideas in a similar way. He of course said yes and after being sent quite a lot of photos of the surrounding terrain and also of wall and fencing styles that Gary liked, he was able to produce a range of drawings.

These images enabled Gary to visualise how his beautiful villa could look with this old style fenced wall both protecting & partitioning the property.
